We are so blessed to have two young inspirational chefs, Zach Heller & Ana Smith, teach the basics on how to take produce from the backyard garden and turn it into a culinary masterpiece!
In this four week cooking series, you’ll learn how to create
*Stocks and Soups
*Canning and Pickling
*Vegetable Entrees and Herb Preservation
and culminating in
*a Family Feast–taking everything learned in the first three classes to compose a complete meal!
The goal here is learning easy & approachable dishes so we can all become more self sufficient!
The 4 week class will take place at 3 different unique garden/growing operations and host sites, and LAULIMA GARDEN ‘OHANA IS ONE OF THEM!
